Ingredients:
Zingiber, Commsunar, Curcuma Longa, Citrus Hytrix Tamarindus, Acacia Ruguta, Baucinia, Borneol, and Derris Scandens.

How to use: Steam the ball in a steamer unit for 5-6 or until hot, remove with a towel or over mitt, test ball temperature on your hand or inner arm before using it on the receiver, and transfer heat to hand first then receiver, use short quick strokes with hot compress, apply longer deeper pressure with warm or compress that is losing its heat.
