Directions:
A good way to use essential oil is to vaporize it in a fragrance burner or aroma diffuser. Fill the burner with water and place a few drops of essential oil on the water, then place a lighted tea light underneath the burner. For massage put 2 to 5 drops in the base oil. For bathtubs place 5 to 7 drops in warm bath water.

Applying peppermint oil in diluted form on the forehead is known to remove headaches
●relief from stress and depression
●mental exhaustion due to its refreshing nature
●against anxiety and restlessness
●good for the skin
●Improves blood circulation.

Few words of Caution:
No threats were found, except that it is recommended not to be used neat on the skin. For application on the skin, it should be mixed with a carrier oil. It is not suitable to be touched directly with any part of the body.
