HERBAL MISCELLANY: The name has two possible Greek origins. The first is thymol which means to fumigate. This comes from the herb being used as incense. The second is human meaning courage. Thyme was associated with bravery.
PRECAUTIONS: Oil Specific: Avoid while pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause skin irritation.

General: As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
