Directions: A good way to use essential oil is to vaporize it in a burner or aroma diffuser. Fill the burner with water and place a few drops of essential oil on the water, then place a lighted tea light underneath the burner. For massage put 2 to 5 drops in the base oil. For bathtubs place 5 to 7 drops in warm bath water.
Few words of Caution: No threats found, except that it is recommended not to use it neat on the skin. For application on the skin, it should be mixed with carrier oil. It is not suitable to be touched directly with any part of the body.
